Lemon Cranberry, White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Do not make these cookies if you are on a diet! Restrain yourself from eating them until they fully cool. The cranberries stay hot for quite some time.
Ingredients:
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
- All of the zest from 2 large lemons
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Quaker Oats
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 cup frozen white chocolate chips
Process:
Cream the butter, cream cheese, lemon zest, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well. Mix the flour, oats, and baking soda in a large bowl. Then mix in the cranberries and white chocolate chips. Add to the mixer and combine. Roll into balls 1" in diameter. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Yields 4 dozen cookies.
