Key Lime Zingers |
Ingredients:
Cream the butter, sugar, and lime zest. Add the eggs and mint extract and blend until smooth. Add in the flour and baking powder and mix slowly. Add the Key Lime Juice slowly until the mixture can be rolled into 1-1/4" balls. Crush the Graham crackers and coat each ball, then slightly flatten onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes. They'll crack when done. Yield: 3 dozen |
